Are you new to yoga or want to hone your skills? Come join us on Tuesday nights from 5:30-6:30 p.m. for our 4-week beginner session taught by Prana Yoga. This session will teach you the basic yoga poses, proper alignment and the benefits of proper breathing. Mats will not be provided, so please bring your own. Minimum of 10 people. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that practices meditation in motion. This exercise is a non-competitive, low impact, self-paced. This gentle physical exercise combined with stretching of the muscles will help improve balance, confidence and muscular strength.
