Tai Chi
Dubbed the “longevity exercise,” Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that practices meditation in motion. This exercise is a non-competitive, low impact, self-paced and gentle physical exercise combined with stretching of the muscles to prevent injury. Dr. Paul Lam method taught by Myrlynn. Session I: Tuesdays & Thursdays, July 20-August 12, 9:30-10:30A
Session II: Tuesdays & Thursdays, Aug. 17-Sept. 9, 9:30-10:30A (Basic 1 Class) and 11:00A-12:00P (Basic 1 Class)
Session III: Tuesdays & Thursdays, Sept. 14-Oct. 7, 9:30-10:30A (Basic 1 Class) and 11:00A-12:00P (Basic 2 Class)
