A winter storm warning is in effect for the St. Louis area, with significant snow anticipated to accumulate throughout the weekend. The first priority will be to clear arterial roads, then subdivision streets. Keep the following tips in mind to help our Public Works crews efficiently clear the streets:

1. Please avoid parking in the street during the storm so that our plows can efficiently clear the streets.
2. Avoid shoveling the snow from your driveway into the street.
3. Give snow plows room to work by staying at least 100 feet back behind the truck.
