The Creve Coeur Police Department would like to welcome you to stop by the annual Trunk-or-Treat at 300 N. New Ballas Road on Tuesday, October 29 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. for Halloween treats. The Neighborhood Watch Association is teaming up with the Police Department to decorate police vehicles and pass out treats to trick-or-treaters dressed in their creative costumes!
