[ARCHIVED] Video Livestream and Public Comment Registration for City Council Meetings

City Council Livestream

As a precautionary measure to help prevent exposure and spread of COVID-19, the regular City Council meeting scheduled for Monday, November 23, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. will be livestreamed online. 

The Council Chambers will be closed to the public, however citizens are encouraged to participate in the following ways:

How to submit public comments:
Citizens who would like to provide comments during the City Council meeting are encouraged to register online in advance using the Public Comment Registration Form

Registration forms must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the special City Council meeting. Citizens who have not registered in advance may also be permitted to speak, if time permits, after all pre-registered citizens have had the opportunity to speak. Each speaker is allowed three minutes to provide comments. 

Citizens may also submit written public comments by email to the City Clerk, Deborah Ryan, at by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.

    • Listen and participate in the the City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. by calling the following number: 1-646-876-9923 /// Webinar ID: 819-9270-1699 
    • If you would like to make a comment during the meeting, press *9 to enable the "raise hand" feature.
  3. Live Audio
    • Listen to a live audio broadcast of the City Council meeting by visiting the Agendas & Minutes page and clicking on the "Audio" link at the start of the meeting (audio only).

The City Council meeting agenda packet will be available online prior to the meeting.
