In accordance with a recent amendment passed by the City Council to authorize bow hunting in certain city parks, the Creve Coeur Police Department is scheduled to host a bow hunt at Millennium Park on Tuesday, January 5, from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. The park will be closed to patrons while the bow hunt is in progress and two police officers will be present for public safety. Three hunters will be randomly selected from the list of registered hunters with the City. Each hunter will attend a Zoom meeting to review area boundaries, rules, restrictions, safety and special considerations of hunting in a suburban location.
If you have any questions regarding the bow hunt, please contact Capt. Tim Koncki at (314) 274-2106 or tkoncki@crevecoeurmo.gov.
