Will mobile food truck vendors be required to register or have a permit with the City of Creve Coeur before they can operate?
Yes. All mobile food truck vendors must first obtain a St Louis County Department of Health permit and may then apply for a City of Creve Coeur permit to operate in Creve Coeur. The Creve Coeur permit shall be valid for twelve months from the date of issuance. Both of these permits must be displayed and visible to the public during operation.
